Oil them regularly using sunflower oil or mineral oil (food grade), by rubbing them with a kitchen towel. This will prevent the wood from drying out and it will bring the grain back to life.

  1. 5 out of 5

Really beautiful, sturdy cooking spoons. I bought three, in different sizes. The olive wood is dense and smooth—far superior to the maple spoons I’ve been using for years. Fast shipping all the way from Albania; I was amazed!
